Only thing I would say I didn’t like was that the jets in the whirlpool needed to be cleaned out. There was mold and hair floating in the tub after jets were turned on. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there and would go again.

It was nice but the first night someone was arrested in the room next too us and that woke us up. And then at 3-4 am the fire alarm went off and we had to exit the building and they never let us know that it was safe to come back in we just had to guess. But over all it was nice place

Somebody got shot and KILLED!!! The whole police force was at the scene! People were freaking out. They did not disclose any info. I found out at the elevator, when everything was settled (only around mid night, I was able to go to the room). Then at 3:30 am, the fire alarm went off… we had to evacuate the building. Apparently, this has been going on a while. I got NO SLEEP at all, and had to drive 5 hours to Boston. Terrible experience!

Not really a 9 as advertised on here.

I’m pretty surprised hotel.com users ranked it a 9. It had mold under the grab bars on the tile of the shower, some rust stain on the corner of the shower and on the grout of the tile. The ceilings and hallway had tons of settling cracks. It just left us feeling a bit grimy. Staff was great.

Very nice stay

We had a great time. Loved the hot tub and pool keeps the kids busy. Staff was ver nice and very helpful. Place was very clean. I’m kind of pillow bougie I didn’t really like them. I liked that they have free dove body wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I totally forgot got my body wash.

Easy access to HW 78. Breakfast was okay. Had selected king bed but when we checked very late, room provided was 2 queen beds. Other than that would stay again at this location.

Holiday Stay

The stay was fine. Usually we stay here during Musikfest. The hot tub is great when it’s operational. There was a problem with it and it had to be drained on New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t working until Jan 1. The breakfast is fine but a little sparse. The maid service wasn’t happening for New Years Eve. The service was very friendly though.

Room was clean and staff helpful. Our room backed up to highway and it was very loud Friday night. Purchased ear plugs for Sat night and slept a bit better. Breakfast was very animal product focused. Potatoes could be added.

The property was very convenient, traveling wise. Not too far away WindCreek casino. Very good cleaning grounds. However, our stay was not that enjoyable due to disturbance by staff member Tracy waking me & my husband up at 2:45am New Year morning about our hotel payment failing. Her accusations for our stay yet to believe we didn’t pay and we sleeping for free. In all this It wasn’t true to believe that during check in my card said approve and funds was taking out my bank account when another staff member named Jimmy took care of us with ease. I was furious when we got the call and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my stay for being falsely accuse by Tracy. Tracy is rude, unprofessional and will be reported for her actions.
