Everything was stained
I will add photos but there’s also an issue with the key cards. They never worked. Had to keep bugging the front desk staff for new ones or to re-key them. There were stains or something on the walls, floor was stained, cover on bed was stained, towels were dingy, it just felt dirty. You could tell that the rooms were not properly cleaned, just stripped down and made up again.

Disappointing
When checking in, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was unacceptable. It was not the start to my stay I deserved. The room was acceptable but the television volume did not work. When I called the front desk, I was told there was no maintenance person so I'd have to change rooms. Having already unpacked and settled in, I did not want the hassle of a move. There should be a maintenance person available. It was early afternoon, not the middle of the night.

Great Staff
There were a couple of issues but the staff went above and beyond. They were kind at the front office when we checked out and explained the few issues with the room. One of the staff members went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our own breakfast in the lobby. The hospitality was evident and they employees were very kind and understanding.

Hotel exterior condition was not good. Check in was slow. Apparently key coding machine was not working and clerk advised she would have to let us in the room if we left the room Didn't feel safe. So cancelled room on site. No issue with late cancelation.

I liked the breakfast. The staff was also nice. However, the tub & bathroom was dirty/dingy looking. From the curtain in the tub, to the tub itself, to the towels. Even though we don’t use hotel towels, I wanted to dry my hands & it just was not clean. It’s ok for an overnight stay, compared to other hotels.
