AC barely functioned to cool the room and at 1am a chunk of ice fell into the fan causing a loud noise that shocked me out of bed. At the restaurant, it took 6 hours to bring change to my room, which arrived at 10pm while I was asleep for an early flight. The highlight was the shuttle that left on time.

Checking wasn’t profesional at all, having worked as a hotel receptionist and reservation myself I was expecting a basic level of professionalism. We weren’t greeted upon arrival by the receptionist, we were only asked whether we had paid for the booking, we had to ask the lady if there was anything we needed to know she said no. Then I proceder to ask about our room number, check out time, breakfast times and other information once should be provided with when checking-in a hotel. It did not stop there, once we got to the room there was only one towel, on bottle of water despite having a twin room for two people. Cleanliness was nonexistent, the room and bathroom were full of long hair everywhere, the shower was dirty, bed sheets had stains. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel

The staff here was nice, and helpful, but the pictures of this place online make it look nicer than it is. Should have been about 2/3rds the cost it was for the age and condition of the hotel....relative to others in the airport area.

Francis is a wonderful host and gentleman and will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is very near the airport and in a quiet area. My impression was that the hotel is slowly being built up to be 4 star establishment one day - but it is still in process. You will be comfortable but for a business traveller used to European 3/4 star this will be similar to a 2 star hotel you are normally used to. But try it - it is excellent value for money, friendlier staff you will not find anywhere and it is clean, although not new.

The hotel is generally clean, the hotel staff is friendly and the WIFI is stable. However. breakfast menu options are limited and would need to be improved on. On arrival there was no safe in the room and it long for me to get one. In terms of toiletries they are not consistent in replacing.

Very nice hotel close to the Airport and Embassy
My family and I secured two rooms following several weeks travel throughout Ghana. The hotel was a perfect respite prior to our departure. We were greeted by Francis, who I believe is the hotel manager. He is very pleasant and worked to make sure our experience was enjoyable. We had dinner and breakfast both at the hotel. The food was excellent, particularly the Indian food (the Chef is Indian). It took 7 minutes to get to the airport at 7:30 in the morning, so it is very close. The rooms are quite as it is not located on a main road. We could certainly stay here again.

Practical Choice
As a frequent traveler to Ghana, I have had the chance to stay in many hotels. The mere fact that you can have the choice to stay in a place that gives you the feeling of warmth and comfort at an attractive rate make gives a good experience. Nice friendly hotel in a good location.
I only spent one night in the hotel, I was picked up promptly at the Airport and arrived at the hotel which is only 10 minutes away from the Airport. The location makes it easily accessible to most destinations. The rooms were very clean, the staff nice and friendly and the meals and service from the restaurant was good. I had a pleasant nights' stay in the hotel and would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff at reception and bar were simply great.
The drive from the airport was exciting as the driver by name Bashiru highlighted areas of interest in Accra and safe hours . At the reception Sam and Hannah made me feel at home with the care and attention needed for my room.Prince at the bar updated me on all the fun places to visit in the heart of the city. Meals tasted good and later learnt the Chef was Indian with experience from three continents. Will be my first choice of visit anytime and also recommend to friends.

Hotel is close to the airport, and city center, nice neighborhood free airport pickup service with and added personal touch to their services and most importantly, good value. Just ask and you will receive assistance beyond the call of duty. What more do you need when traveling on business.
