The only thing I don’t like is the smoking area as soon as you reach the casino. Otherwise, you don’t need to go far to have a good time and get rest here.

The West Tower is supposed to be smoke free, which is not at all; the entire tower and rooms stank of cigarette smoke, so bad that we couldn’t sleep all night because we could barely breathe. At 3am I called the front desk to notify them I won’t be staying a second longer than necessary and we’ll be out first thing in the morning. The next day we had to literally argue with the manager to cancel and to be compensated for the worst night we’ve ever had in a hotel. Important note: if you have asthma or respiratory issues, stay the hell away from it or you’ll be in trouble. Never again. Absolutely terrible.

My bathroom was half cleaned when I checked in, that raised flags right away. I typically sanitize and clean myself but it was disappointing. Checking the room housekeeping could use quality training but given this isn’t a 5 star property you get what you pay for I guess. It’s good for options within the resort but a little dated and lacking luster. I went with my cousins for an overnight and while I would have loved to spend more time with them, one night was enough.

I was disappointed it took forever to get to the parking lot there were so many people waiting for the elevator...free parking shoul be for e not just VIP

Elevators not working to go to the parking garage, stairs not working and this was a really inconvenient for my family since they are handicapped. Pool not working. No cleaning done in the rooms

Plenty to do with quite the variety of food & drink when not gambling. Room was clean but bath fixtures are dated. I was on 47th floor so hot water took quite some time to get there ( good thing I didn’t need a shower).

The room where we stayed didn’t have hot water so we were transferred to a second room in the same tower which also did not have water. Then we were again transferred to a third room in a different tower which was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I spent approximately 4 hours trying to get the room I paid for which had hot water and did not smell which never happened. I ended up booking a different hotel.

My daughters and I have been coming here for the past 11 years around Christmas as our annual mother daughter tradition. The hotel can use some upgrades. Elevators are old, area outside not so safe at times . Yet we love the restaurants and shops . Hopefully, they will start to upgrade some things .

The hotel restaurant and stores area is nice, but the rooms could use some updating. The room was cold and when I turned the heat on low it was so hot in the room. I was up every two hours with the noise from the air. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but that's a me thing not an issue.
