Check In/out Kiosks were super Easy to use! Saves you a Long walk down to the actual check in lobby! Loved the variety of restaurants and shopping inside the hotel. Close to outdoor shopping as well. Easy access to Boardwalk. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the view facing East, view of the ocean. Definitely will return.

Even in the section of the hotel, that’s non-smoking it’s not enforced because you smell strong cigarette smoke and the Havana tower which is supposed to be non-smoking and there is no noise enforcement as far as the rooms go people are up all night and do not allow you to sleep. You can hear the next room over.

There was an issue with the room next to us. A couple was arguing very loudly with lots of banging and slamming doors between 10:30-11:30p. We called security because we were nervous that something was wrong. They sent a slew of people to check out and deescalate the situation quickly.
