"Warm and spacious"

"We were in town for a funeral with Perry McStay, St Luke’s and The Old Grist Mill being the gathering points. The location of this property was perfect for traveling between these venues. The bedrooms were spacious and offered each family member privacy, while the common areas gave us space for conversations and visiting.The host/hostess was readily available for any questions and returned all messages in a timely fashion. Having the grocery store, CVS, and some restaurant choices in walking distance was a bonus. "

"We were all so impressed with how wonderful the place looked and how comfortable it was. We were even more impressed with how the hosts anticipated our every need. To top it all off, they had a welcome basket with waters and snacks for us. We all agreed we would come back to this vrbo again! "

"Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening. "

"Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"This was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures around Rhode Island (and parts of Massachusetts) - Warren, Providence, Newport, Bristol. So location is wonderful. Is the location loud? During the day - yes, it's a on a popular road. But at night it wasn't terrible - Kathy provides earplugs in case you need them. But we didn't. The furniture wasn't the most comfy but if you're out and about, it's not a thing. If it were a long term stay, I could see the bed maybe becoming a bit uncomfortable but it worked for our short stay. All in all, we'd be back if we're in the area! Would recommend if you want a central location."
