"Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening. "

"This was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures around Rhode Island (and parts of Massachusetts) - Warren, Providence, Newport, Bristol. So location is wonderful. Is the location loud? During the day - yes, it's a on a popular road. But at night it wasn't terrible - Kathy provides earplugs in case you need them. But we didn't. The furniture wasn't the most comfy but if you're out and about, it's not a thing. If it were a long term stay, I could see the bed maybe becoming a bit uncomfortable but it worked for our short stay. All in all, we'd be back if we're in the area! Would recommend if you want a central location."
