Hotel is very nice in a great spot just a block or two from the oceanfront. Staff was very nice and courteous. Only problems I had was mattress was not the best and for breakfast just had regular things, waffles, sausage but no scrambled eggs or potatoes.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Very efficient and helpful check in from staff. If you’re picky, the bathroom is tiny. But the room overall was great, spacious, comfortable - above average TV selection with interactive dish guide.

Surprisingly good for the prize. Clean bathroom and towels. Floor and tables could use some dusting. Noisy in the halls all night and early in the morning. Comfortable beds. So so breakfast.

In the photos it shows a large fitness room -all of the fitness equipment is in boxes, apparently it hasnt been up and running in two years. The breakfast bar area was large, but sparse. Rooms were clean though, staff was pleasant enough, and area didnt seem sketchy.

Our reserved room had a leak coming from the bathroom above, they then gave us a second room that had been smoked in and a toilet that had a seat unattached. Went to the front desk and the attendant said what’s wrong this time? Like it was our fault their hotel was so in shambles. The last room they had available looks like it was used for a pet friendly room. The room had twin queen beds and they were both made, but it was evident that the comforter was not fresh because it had dog hair all over the bed spread. We were woken up several times during the night from guest doors slamming while they were taking their dogs out during the night and the dogs were barking in the hallways. The overall cleanliness and attitude from the staff was horrible.
