this is an old holiday inn with outside door access. The place hasnt been upgraded in years. i think the housekeepers do the best they can. Plus, this place had the highest pet fee of 4 places we stayed. Desk staff were generally friendly.

Was given a smoking room and when I asked if I could get a non smoking room I was told no because I booked through a third party, the room smelled like smoke so bad even after spraying air freshener, I coughed all night not getting any sleep, woke up just so I could shower and check however when I turned the shower off the stinch of cigarette smell was there, honestly I don’t believe it mattered if I had a non smoking room because the HVAC were by your door so the smokers outside there smoke would just go into the rooms.. I’ve got to wash all my clean clothes I had in my luggage now because everything smells like smoke..!!
