I will no longer be using this hotel. The cleaning staff woke me twice. I arrived late after a long drive and really needed to sleep. Never found the do not disturb sign. Plus Hilton doesnt have breakfast included and the cost is higher than most of the hotels in the area so it should include a free breakfast.

Amy (shuttle driver) was wonderful and extremely nice. The young man on the front desk was rude and not at all knowledgeable. Restaurant staff very efficient.

Check in with Best museum staff was very nice and friendly and helpful, even at the dining room and breakfast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Just wish we would’ve had an extra roll of toilet paper in the room.

Coffee maker did not work in my room. Table lamp did not work. The breakfast buffet was not worth $13.95. I believe the staff could have been more helpful in providing options . The pricing was on a white board but I did not see it & did not enjoy the breakfast as biscuits were over cooked, hash browns were not cooked.
