The door to our room didn’t latch unless we slammed it. The remote for the TV was not working. The outlets by the bedside didn’t work. The pool had a lot of hair floating around it.

Hotel was at capacity. Staff was very busy and should be complimented on their friendliness and willingness to help all guests. The morning breakfast was very good and a nice variety. However, the pool area was very dirty and a turn off.

Only Fair Visit Which Could Have Been Better
Pleasant staff. Unfortunately, some aspects of the facility were only modest. While remembering that the price was low, it was still disappointing to notice some maintenance issues and the lack of recycling as well as the fact that they are still using the wasteful, tiny bottles of shampoo etc instead of dispensers in the shower. The breakfast food was decent but there were two issues. One Saturday morning the availability was until 10, but the staff started shutting down at 9:30. Also, at the end of breakfast the room was made unavailable. This meant that there was seating for only a few people in the lobby and not other place to spend time visiting with family. Most hotels leave the breakfast area open for socializing.
