The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only problem we had was we went to the Plaza in the shuttle Saturday evening, were told to call when we needed the shuttle to return for us. We started calling at 7:00 p.m. and continued to call until 7:20 with no response. We finally walked back in the cold. Chris was kind enough to comp us a drink each for our inconvenience.

go ahead and try to log-in
Well everything was OK except the internet and WiFi were down the whole time I was there. These days that's a big problem and going to the lobby where there was an unsecured connection was not a good option. Otherwise the hotel was in a good location.
