I would give this place 10 stars! My husband & I had a FANTASTIC experience here. From the time you enter the hospitality is unmatched. The manager Freddie was very welcoming & gave us mimosas upon check in. He took his time & even allowed us to check in several hours early which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is very exclusive & makes you feel like absolute VIP royalty. It is also incredibly clean. The breakfast each morning has many options & is soo GOOD!

First rate experience!
First rate experience! This sweet, very quiet place has amazing breakfasts, first rate staff, love the hot tub, upper deck view, and amazing location. Our room was cool, quiet and dark at night (no windows in our interior room- which didn’t bother me in the least). There was a sign up for the hot tub, but it didn’t get much action while we were there. We sat in the roof top deck every chance we got and the view and breeze made it perfect!
Lovey rooftop deck with multi levels and quiet seating

The bagel, with lox was top notch.

I would give 352 Guest House ten stars if I could! Freddy, Maria & Teresa took absolutely excellent care of us. Our room was clean and quiet (interior room), and our bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the charming rooftop deck at night. The other guests were quiet and respectful. Very centrally located right in the heart of OSJ. Book now, you will be SO glad you did!

Historic building that has been beautifully restored/preserved. Rooms have old world charm with new world conveniences. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Fun to be right in the action of Old San Juan. We loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. Would definitely stay here again!
