Have stayed multiple times and always enjoy my time at the hotel due to its location and competitive pricing. Lobby, bar area great but might be time for a refresh of the upper floors. Corridors especially. A shout out to the staff managing the breakfast options and flexibility of choice

We had a wonderful stay the location was so convenient with cable cars going in both directions right outside. The room was nice bedding was comfortable and the view was beautiful. We ate a dinner and breakfast several mornings all the food was delicious. The bartenders were very friendly, as was all the staff. Would definitely recommend

Beware of the bait and switch. We reserved a corner room. It had the word “corner” in the room title on our receipt. We did not get a corner room. Pillows and carpet also smelled bad. It’s a nice option to be on Nob Hill for a discount price, but don’t expect too much.
