It was a nice stay. Over priced building/room average. Could have stayed at a holiday inn. And you have to pay extra for the water park. Thought because it was resort it would be more relaxing and more accommodating. Staff was not welcoming. But grateful for the stay.

Water Resort Closed :(
We booked this hotel as their water resort looked great!...it was not advertised before we booked that it was closed for renovations. As well, the tennis and basketball courts are closed too. We were refunded the "resort fee" but this was only after we went to the front desk on checkout... Outside of our room was a trailer that was stacked with air conditioning units that was VERY loud (80DB based on my apple watch when the patio door was open). Staff were all friendly, the gym was pretty good for a hotel gym, no electrical car charger on site.

Most of the staff were incredible except for one guy at the desk. He seemed annoyed every time a guest asked a question. And it wasn't just the one day, so I'm not buying the bad day excuse. Everyone else was wonderful. Hannah was exceptional.
