My weeklong stay at Nest Stay in Paris left me with mixed feelings, as the experience fell short of the expected 5-star quality. Let's start with the check-in process, which was marred by frustrating delays. Despite arriving with anticipation, the prolonged wait left a negative first impression.
The reception staff's demeanor further contributed to the disappointment. The service lacked the warmth and courtesy one would expect in a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, encounters with the staff left me feeling unwelcome, and their overall attitude did not align with the hospitality standards associated with top-tier hotels.
Moving on to the touted 5-star breakfast, it was underwhelming, to say the least. The variety and quality of offerings were not commensurate with the elevated status of the hotel. It left me yearning for a more refined and diverse culinary experience, which one typically anticipates in a 5-star setting.
One of the most significant letdowns was the state of the rooms. Despite the promise of luxury, they lacked basic amenities that are considered standard in high-end accommodations. From missing toiletries to inadequate furnishings, the rooms failed to provide the comfort and convenience expected from a 5-star hotel.
In summary, my stay at Nest Stay in Paris was marred by delays in check-in, a disappointing reception staff, an underwhelming breakfast experience, and rooms that did not live up to the basic standards of a 5-star establishment
