A Sunny Vacation
We had a great time! The place was nice and comfortable. Some of the restaurants were tough to understand without being star class. Down by the pool they didn’t do a wait list and said you had to just get there early but up top East and the steakhouse would give you a buzzer for when your table was ready. Also some of the buffet food was not the best. The pool was nice though and some of the bar tenders were great! Our favorite were in the hotel lobby.

Beautiul property with amazing staff, especially Johan! The warm and wonderful staff made the trip so great! The pools and beach were beautiful. The food was ok, not bad, but was the one part of the trip that we wished had been a bit better.

Service was good in the main building but other than that not the greatest. Breakfast was good but other than that the food was average at best. The pool bars lacked premium liquor.

The staff is not friendly and seems unwilling to provide service, Front desk staff is so bad and mean. Even though when I check out time, call the cart but waited long time so I had to drag my luggage and walk to the lobby. They only ask for additional service, even though it is an All inclusive resort. The room smells so bad that is difficult to sleep well. The food in the regular restaurant is poor. Fortunately the buffet restaurant was the best, so I visit three time a day. I don't think it's an appropriate resort fo relaxation.
