Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The hotel looks better in the photos. Seems a little outdated. Upon entering the room checked out the cleanliness in the bathroom saw hair. Overall the room was not great. The bed sheets were not in good condition. Not white looked a little dingy. We go to Starbucks located in the hotel. We order two coffees and egg sandwiches. As I’m eating my sandwich I see a hair in it. I go back in Starbucks to complain and the workers made it seem as though it was planted there. Saying it’s prepackaged and goes into the oven. However not a single employee wore hair nets. As I’m waiting for her to process the return which she did d so reluctantly I see a roach crawling on the expresso machine. Not sure if that’s a policy. She only refunds me for the sandwich and not the whole bill. There’s only two restaurants American grill and a pizza place. No room service. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Orlando the only convenience was that it was across the street from Universal. Will not be returning.
