There is not free Wi-Fi as promised and there was a tv with no remote. Toiletries were missing from the bathroom, I’m glad I brought my own just incase.

The ceiling of the room looks patched up and uneven, wall wallpaper is ripping off with shades showing, there was no water in the hotel had to go out in the cold for a bottle of water. The door hook seems broken and the floor was not properly cleaned.
