I cancelled my primary too due to a 8x8 section of active mold on room ceiling. I asked for another room and that room also had mowed present everywhere. I canceled my reservation so would like a refund.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was nice, but our hotel room was sub-par. The comforter had stains and the sheets had a strange odor. The headboard had cuts (like claw marks). It was fine for our one night stay, but do not recommend for any longer.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone with a pet. The only issue I had was when I checked in and got to my room the sheets were dirty and I had to go downstairs to get clean ones but other than that it was a good stay.
