Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through middle to late June. The staff was very rude overall, not welcoming. The room was not properly cleaned. Even at the hotel restaurant when they brought my coffee there was a disgusting lipstick mark on the coffee cup (how did they miss that?!) had to send it back. Overall, NOT worth the price at all!!!!

I liked that the property was near the town. I didn’t think the property was kept well. The room had handprints everywhere which obviously was cleaned well. It seemed dated for the price. The restaurant in the hotel was awful. The food was terrible, the customer service was terrible, the prices were ridiculous compared to the quality of the food and service. The check in process was terrible. She zipped through everything and left me overwhelmed. I forgot to ask some questions I had. Seemed like she just wanted to get it over with and didn’t care about the customer experience.

Location is great. Right next to the main little town center and gondolas. Not many options for dining inside resort. Only one restaurant with poor service and quality and overpriced menu. Lots of dogs inside resort given it’s a dog friendly resorts. Avoid if no dog or allergic to dogs.
