This hotel is conveniently located on the Gran Via so it's walkable to everywhere and also very convenient with public transportation if you need it. A lot of restaurants and things to do all around. However, the area is a little too busy to my liking. And if you take a turn to the back side of the Gran Via, the area starts to look quite bad very quickly. The room was clean, beautifully decorated but quite small.

Staff very nice and professional. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are nice and comfortable, quiet and clean. Hotel has a beautiful terraza on top where you have the best Gran Via Street views.

The balcony over looking gran via provided an opportunity for beautiful pictures day and night. A short walk to shopping, eateries and Mercado de San Miguel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with several options to chose from. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Quiero decirte que desde que llegué el servicio en el recibidor el personal muy amable y servicial. Al llegar al cuarto todo súper limpio al igual que las instalaciones. El Hotel está súper céntrico a muchos lugares turísticos y accesible al metro o guaguas y taxis. Y no quiero dejar de decir que el Coffe bar excelente y con unas vistas de la ciudad brutal y el comedor para tomar desayuno excelente también. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo y yo en lo personal vuelvo a el. Gracias a todo el personal no recuerdo el nombre de todos pero el que nos atendió varias veces fue Arturo en el Coffe bar y el restaurante del desayuno y es súper amable y servicial, hizo más amena nuestra estadía.
