The tiles in the bathroom are loose, there is only one trash, one tiny bar of soap. But mainly they stopped bringing out food at 820. We had to ask the manager after he took back the sausage the other worker brought out. A couple of gentlemen asked for eggs because they too didn't get what they wanted. Overall it's a nice building

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. Beds were uncomfortable for the wife and I. I would expect a better mattress and tile not to be chipped out and missing grout in bathroom in the caliber of hotel. Over all good stay.
