DO NOT STAY HERE. Look at their google reviews. After it happening to us January 2024 we looked at their google info and it is a trend that this hotel OVER CHARGES for services after you check out. For us it was the valet. They stated that we checked in three vehicles, when it was just one. And stated that someone else must've used our name and room number? We’ve called multiple times, no one can ever help us. We've emailed and have yet to hear back, but according to one of their staff members the manager called us back three times but we did not answer. Save your money and energy and stay somewhere else.

3 mornings in a row the same lady (the only one working) was running the breakfast area and didn’t really care that people were waiting to place an order. There were so many people that came through the area that were interested in purchasing food but ended up leaving because 3 people were already being ignored.

Convenient to Crypto and conference hotels
Have stayed here every year for ALIS conference, very convenient to Crypto.com and JW/Ritz conference rooms. Only complaint is that they close the restaurant and bar one evening for a private event, can't even get a drink.
