Checking in was a horrible nightmare, we had early flight so we arrived at 6am. Of course when we arrived at went to the front desk and they told us to come back around 1130 because by that time now people would be checked out and then they could check us in. So we returned at 1130, upon returning there were about 50 people in line ahead of us, so we're in line and I'm hearing the agents talk to each guest or should i say HUSTLING the other guest that went before us, each guest was being charged $25-$40 additional for early check in, it was as if we were all at a auction!!! Needless to say we paid $85 extra for early check in which was at 12:15 by the time we made it to the desk. Then we get to the room and it's blazing hot (it was about 108 outside that day) the thermostat showed 72 but you could definitely tell that it was surely not 72 in our room. So we pick up the phone to call the front desk and guess what, PHONE DIDN'T WORK. So we went back down to the desk STOOD IN LINE 30 more minutes just to tell them we had no AC and NO PHONE. Someone came and fixed the AC (keep in mind, this hotel is new, so NO EXCUSES, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE FUNCTIONING TOP TIER and also we just paid $85 extra so i had very high expectations).
We never got the phone. Hotel has about 50 restaurants and 45 of those are asian inspired, hotel is also cashless, but you need cash to TIP, etc. Rooms were nothing spectacular, pretty basic, I've had better. Late check out EXTRA $25 AFTER 11AM
