I booked this hotel for my bday and the hotel upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was spacious and nice . But could have been a little more cleaner for it to be luxurious hotel. It looked a little dusty. Parking is included in the hotel fee. But getting to parking is a little tricky. The rooftop was beautiful and the food for dinner was really good . My favorite part of the hotel was the double shower for the junior suite is amazing !

We have stayed at The Fontaine over the years. The lobby is OK, but the rooms, and especially the restaurant and bar are dated and don’t work well. We ate breakfast there both mornings, and the blinds could not block the intense sun light from the East. Same for the rooms. Example - the shower knob fell off the shower wall.

If you’re looking for a place where you can safely say that you want you and your partner to feel like they can get away from it all then this is probably a really good place for you. While the parking is a bit of a pain, its definitely worth it knowing your car is safe

It was an anniversary get away. Our mini fridge didnt work, so they brought in a bigger fridge for us to use. No robe or slippers as offered. The balcony faced a building and my whole view was of a building and part of a busy road. The shower door was broken, you can tell it was an older room and not upkept as well. We called for room service a few times and always went to voicemail. We went up to the restaurant for breakfast and no other customers there. We were suppose to get a $9 couple breaskfast and it wasnt given nor was the discount applied. I asked for me receipt to be emailed and never recieved it. My over all bill was $50 more than it should and have no idea as to why.
