For us to pay almost 1k for 3 days we definitely didn’t feel like our money was well spent for our Deluxe room. The interior had old chipped furniture. The beds weren’t double queen, they were full size. The whirl pool/jacuzzi was very small and only big enough for one person at best. The bathroom was also incredibly small. You can’t sit on the toilet without having to close the door. The bath is definitely smaller than usual. The reception acted very snnooty and classist and weren’t much help when we were constantly & uneccessarily harassed with such aggression by valet. Likely because we opted not to pay for $40 /night When we wanted to check out we were told that we wouldn’t get our money back promptly. So we stayed, though we felt very unwelcome. I guess it’s safe to say that that will be our last time staying there. We definitely thought we would be getting more for our money.

Location above all else
The key to remember is location. This hotel is in an excellent location to walk around the city and see a lot of sites. The overall hotel was nice, but definitely showing wear. The check in employee was nice, but the rest of our experiences with the front desk were brisk and dismissive. I don't understand why hotels.com would offer a breakfast inclusion when it only covers 2 people no matter how many are registered for the room (in our case 4). We couldn't use the coffee maker in our room because it was disgusting, obviously the water chamber and pod holder had not been clean in a very long time. Our bathroom had no fan and therefore when more than one person took a shower the whole room fill with humidity and the condensation on the windows literally ran down in rivets. We needed extra blankets and pillows so I called the front desk. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes, I went down to make the request in person. It took 45 minutes to receive the items. We were on the 11th floor and the view was amazing. The valet was pricey, but convenient and we always got our car within 5 minutes of requesting it.
