Terrible one night stay
We had a terrible stay. I’m a VIP status and did not get the 10 euro voucher as promised by hotels.com. Receptionist was rude and told me he has never heard about hotels.com before. The line to check in was long. In the room there was only 1 glass for wine and 1 cup for coffee. There was dirt on the floor and the beds looked like someone slept in them. The small body lotion bottles were opened and there was no lotion in them. The thermostat was broken and it was very hot at night. We arrived late at night after the long long flight and the hotel and the staff were very disappointing. I kindly request a refund please.

I loved how easy it is to get to the hotel from the airport. I did not like that it took a long time to check in because there was only one person working in the front desk, even though there were two other people seemingly available.
