Great Family Stay
Loved our stay here. The hotel was very clean and everyone we encountered was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast and kickback reception were great. There are walking trails around the hotel and the kids loved walking to a playground that was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of vehicle break ins.
Truck got broken into at night. Cut alarm wires, then broke in. Under lights, in view of cameras. Evidence of another vehicle getting broken into the second night. Manager gave us number for police to report, but otherwise they downplayed it and didn’t seem to care to much. They will only give you, or look at video surveillance with court order. Really a shame how bad it is in Denver and surrounding area right now. Will not be staying here again.

BEWARE OF THIEVES! Hotel management not helpful!
We stayed there during a softball tournament. Hotel itself was nice, but beware of thieves!!! Overnight, someone cut the lock on our trailer full of softball equipment & stole about $3k worth of bats, gloves, equipment. Hotel manager Michelle R was completely rude & not helpful at all! I was told they couldn’t do anything with the security video surveillance..that police have to contact corporate office. Michelle made this awful gut wrenching experience so much worse! We are your customers & should be treated with compassion & understanding! You, Michelle should NOT be managing anything!! You are rude & don’t put your customers first. Thanks for nothing. Will NEVER return to this hotel all because of Michelle’s lack of customer service. What happened to doing anything to help your customers?! Especially after something horrible like this. My daughter was in tears & we had to go to Dicks to replace everything that was stolen from her so she could play.
