This was the third time staying at this property. I love the location, the hard working friendly staff, incredible food, great snorkeling right off the pier. Very nice rooms, budget friendly.

The only very positive was Daniel the bartender!! He was amazing. The hallways were so dirty, there were dead bugs on the floor and rodent feces in the window sills. We placed dirty dishes on the garbage cans after room service. The dishes sat in the hallway for 3 days while others dirty dishes were added. The food was awful. We did not eat at the hotel for most of our all-inclusive meals because the food was terrible. Our room had a dresser with drawers that did not work, it took 2 days to get towels, our bathtub was peeling and the shower head had so much buildup on it that it barely worked.

The Dive shop is great. However, the prices have gone up. Food was not very good. Lots of people were and are complaining about a lot of issues. Wyndome properties should be ashamed to have their name associated with this resort

The property looked complete different than the photos. It was slightly run down and not a four star as listed. The food was repetitive and you can only get a reservation for dinner three nights out of the six. They were short staffed. When we checked in nobody told us anything about the resort. We did not get fresh towels in the room and they didn’t clean it until 5 pm. I would not stay there again. For divers it was a prime location but for a relaxing vacation when you work hard for your money stay somewhere else!

This was our first stay at this property. The rooms were clean but outdated. They are in need of refurnishing. The common areas need attention as there was a dirty towel under a Culligan water dispenser our entire stay. The food was average. We received very few new water bottles while there which was disappointing. They do not have washcloths available for guests which is an inconvenience. Not all of the alcohol is free as there is an up-charge on certain brands. Probably will not return but we still enjoyed our time in the sun away from the cold.

The all inclusive was very limited. The food was the same every night. The ac in the room wasn’t great. And on the website it says beach, but in reality it was more like a boat docking with rocks. The staff was great and very helpful. Downtown wasn’t far about 10 dollar cab ride.
