A great place to stay
Really enjoyed my second stay at BW Corte Madera. The staff is so helpful and prompt - needed help with my TV and they were there within five minutes. Also I forgot some of my person belongings and they called me immediately so I could return for them. Breakfast is delicious and such a treat to have a hot breakfast as part of the reservation. Room was clean and comfortable and I heartily recommend this hotel!

My partner and I stayed here for a week with our dog while our apartment was being painted. We had to extend our stay several times and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and we made good use of the hot tub during our stay. There is some noise from the highway but the hotel itself was very quiet. Plus, it's only about 15 minutes from SF and across the street from the mall so it's super convenient.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is above average for this level of hotel. Rooms aren't bad at all. The biggest problem is the stairs. It had rained a lot before we arrived, and though there is a strip of friction tape on most of the stairs, they are risky for even the able bodied guest to trust. Fix this, and my rating would rise to four or five stars.
