The property is absolutely stunning. It is way bigger than I thought, but all very accessible. If you don't feel like walking, you can ask for a complimentary ride via golf cart to other parts of the resort. This resort is where you want to go if you want to feel like you are VIP. It has a beautiful smell throughout the resort that I wanted to bottle up and take home with me. The throughout the resort...from the bell desk, reception, housekeeping, bar/server staff, room service, pool/beach staff...ALL TOP NOTCH. I met a group of girl friends here, but was there by myself for a night and day and did not in the least feel unsafe. Atelier Playa Mujeres is definitely one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in.

We had an amazing experience at Atelier Playa Mujeres. I highly recommend it. The highlights include: 1.) The staff was incredibly helpful and always around when we needed anything from a drink to a towel to garbage cleanup, etc. Seriously, every single staff member was friendly and smiling and looking to help constantly. I was incredibly impressed. 2.) The food was great. We didn’t have a bad meal. There are a dozen options and we loved everything we tried. Our favorite was the tacos at the Mexican restaurant, the soup at the Italian restaurant, and the grilled chicken and ribs at Bikini Azul. The mixed frozen drinks were great too. There’s also two coffee shops with fresh pastries and gelato. 3.) The amenities were great. It was very easy to get towels. There was every toiletry you’d need in the room. 4.) The beach was pristine with soft sand and beautiful water. They clean the seaweed daily. 5.) The pools were great and had swim-up bars. There is a pool with party music in the afternoon if you prefer that and a separate pool for quiet relaxation if you prefer that. 6.) We upgraded to Inspira status (the resort’s VIP tier). The benefits of that we enjoyed most were the swim-out pool connected to our room (which certain Inspira rooms have). It was great to end each day with a swim in a semi-private heated pool. Inspira also gets access to a section of the beach and two pools that other guests don’t. 7.) Only criticism is the spa services are very pricey.

Clean property with great food and excellent service. They gave me a free room upgrade with a swim out which was nice. Perfect if you’re traveling with a 16 and over child as this hotel allows kids over 16. 2nd time going. We will be back

The entire experience was so amazing! Very clean, amazing and very attentive staff, I would recommend visiting at least once in your life!! There is So much stuff to do in the resort you don’t even have to leave! The private white sand beach was incredible! Celebrating a birthday/Valentine’s Day was so romantic! Nuup Spa was so relaxing and again the service was phenomenal! I will come back if I have the opportunity
