This is a nice clean pretty well maintained budget hotel, the staff was friendly and welcoming...the only mark against is pretty clearly the room had been smoked in in the past, not the hotels fault but a fairy strong residual odor

Ontario couple
Were able to get a room on the side of the hotel we prefer, and what we paid for. Room could have been a little cleaner. Carpeting by side of bed/wall hadn't been vacuumed. No shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. We stayed a night it had snowed overnight. No shoveling was done on the walkways (we left around 10:30am). Path had been shoveled near the office though.

We were there for only one night. Room was very clean and in great condition. Lobby staff was very friendly and even called us after we were in our room to make sure everything was okay.

The room was decent. I didn't see any breakfast like it said they served. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom or sink area. I had to pay extra to have a fridge and microwave. I also woke up in the morning with a bit on each arm so I am now a little terrified they may have had bed bugs.
