Acceptable if a bit run down.
This motel is a bit rundown, but acceptable. We stayed in one of the suites with a bunk room (which is a rare room to find in the Buena area). The room was clean enough though there were some cigarette burns in some of the bedding. No breakfast here (since Covid, the sign says) - that matches the listing, but old photos show the breakfast area. Pool was nice and warm and clean. Honestly the property is cleaner than its worn exterior and interior would suggest. I’d consider staying again if I needed the bunk room. Next time I might just pay double and get two rooms in a nicer hotel. Oh yeah, AC didn’t work great. Not a problem because of the cool nights, but I wouldn’t chance it in higher temps.

The Best Inn and suites was the closest and least expensive to my business event. The room was adequate for my needs with mini fridge and microwave. The furniture is dated and well used. Beds were not as firm as i like but slept well. This is a basic no frills hotel close to Knotts berry farm and water park.

Liked the people (really friendly) , pool cleanliness & the walkable closeness to Knott's. The bathrooms were real clean & new. Nice towels in room. Didn't like the mattress (sagged terribly in the middle), the pool area chairs broken rusted metal, no lounge chairs, no pool towels, 1 dryer out of 2 broken, had to ask for ice each time from ice machine. All sites said full breakfast, none.

Perfectly close to Knotts and soak city. Can walk and save money. Stay wise. Staff were awesome. Had an issue and they handled it as I was on the phone still to send someone. Parking is iffy once you leave. Not much room for bigger vehicles. Otherwise good for price and location.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. We picked this place because reviews were decent, close to Knott’s, and was supposed to have breakfast. Overall, it wasn’t terrible as we spent most of the time away from the room/ property. There was no breakfast as advertised. The room itself was clean and the linen was comfortable but smelt like mildew. The beds were full spring mattresses and not super comfortable to on. The tub/shower had so much limescale build up there was minimal water pressure and the tub spot dripped all night and never sealed when the shower was on. They are also renovating several of the rooms so we heard construction in the mornings and as late as 7/8pm. We most likely would not stay here again unless major renovations were done inside the rooms with beds. Location to the parks was great through and it the family felt safe staying overnight, just not comfortable.

Overall could improve on the cleanliness. When we came back to our room (if we didn't put the do not disturb sign up), the beds were remade with the same sheets but just flipped upside down and some covers had holes in them. Towel replacement seemed clean and tidy though. The parking sucks if you don't get a spot and the lot is full, nowhere really to park except a Walgreens across the street or a nearby shopping center. Only really used the hotel room for sleeping. The TV had a good selection of channels and there was always something to watch so that was a plus. The shower worked well and there was good pressure and enough warm water for 4 of us. Great location if going to knotts berry farm across the street!
