I made a reservation through Travelocity and had to correct the dates. Used the chat to speak with Ahmed who assured me to reservation had been changed and to use the existing reservation number. When I arrived at the hotel they had no reservation and said the reservation had not been changed and there had been no communication from Travelocity. I then had to call Days Inn to make a reservation for that night, was charged twice for the room and now am disputing with the hotel for the extra charge. Travelocity said they would also try to address it and I could hear back from them in 5-7 business days. Bad service from Travelocity and rude, unhelpful service at the hotel. The room was dingy, overpriced and way too small.
