No water the entire stay due to plumbing issues in the city. Went without water for a full night with hotel refusing to refund stay. Day two of no water and now no air in the facility they finally decided not to charge me and let me check out. Ridiculous and inhumane. Also valet was a nightmare. Poor communication to get my vehicle and no one directing flow of traffic. Almost got hit outside the hotel twice!

One of the queen beds was not assembled correctly in room 1147. Total trip hazard. We only got one complimentary bottle water when we were suppose to have two. Went to the front desk to ask for more water and they said they were all out and that there was no more left.

If you enjoy paying over $4 to eat a bagel and pay over $45 to park your car at this hotel for six hours, this is the hotel for you. The hotel is not well maintained. It's dirty.
