Overall great but never amazing
It’s always been great when I’ve stayed here aside from a couple things. One complaint that might never change is how parking seems to be going up every time I stay. Over $30 now for self parking is quite outrageous and makes it apparent that all they want is more money when their parking is not even protected from people walking onto the lot. Also check out is at 11am which of course is fine and yes we’re made aware of it when we book and when we check in as well but I don’t need to be bothered/woken up constantly by them knocking on my room door at 8am… knocking and knocking for a good 5-10minutes until I open the door. Overall yes it’s a nice and convenient stay but those two things are the most annoying. Eventually I will find a better spot of course due to those things but until then it’s not bad if you don’t mind those hiccups.

We really enjoyed our stay here - so close to Disneyland/California Adventures. The only negative was that the restaurant was not open at dinnertime, and they ran out of the complimentary check-in vodka drink so we didn't get one.

No Kitchen
I specifically booked this hotel because they served breakfast on site. We checked in and the first morning came downstairs to have breakfast to find out they are not serving any food from their kitchen at all. Their solution is telling us there's an IHOP nextdoor. I understand there is one next door, but I wanted to be in the comfort of my hotel and not having to deal with the business of a public restaurant. Before my trip I even checked the website and kitchenenus, and it said no where that their kitchen are closed and they were not serving breakfast. Very disappointed, I would not have booked if their kitchen was closed and would have appreciated it if they notified patrons online of the closure.
