The location to the convention center was ideal. I enjoyed the lobby bar and the food at that location was good. I liked sitting area outside in the at the seating areas in front of the property. I did not like that the bar and food area was closed for our pool area. Did not like that the phones did not work and you had to go to the hallway to use that phone for room service or any kind of questions you needed answered. There was a roof leak and the carpets looked run down. The ice machine on the 14th floor by our room did not work. They charged us $409 for laundry that was about 15 lbs.so we tried using the guest laundry for the remainder of our stay and they did not work. Someone took a look and all they said is sorry we don’t know what is wrong with the machines.

Management for food and beverage Peggy(Margaret) is rude and is a thief. We where charged gratuity for a party of 4 then she tried to argue and fix it by removing the grat but then charging $29 per margarita we consumed and all day we had be there prior a few times in between cheer comps the where 14$ she tried to say it was a bump not sure what them at is but it’s doesn’t make sense to be charged $29 a margarita when asked to remove gratuity when the normal price is $14. She and Sarah and another two female servers and a Hispanic male where laughing like it was funny what they where doing. This was rude and disrespectful and we already where spending well over $2500 for our rooms this past weekend

Well. We rented 3 rooms for a family trip to Disney. We’ve stayed here in the past and like the location and easy bus to Disney. Won’t stay again. Outlets didn’t work in our rooms and were never resolved… couldn’t charge things. One room Had garbage not taken out, dirty bathroom and shower. On the last night, a maintenance person walked in our room without knocking at 10:35pm, woke the whole family and scared us. Luckily the extra top lock was on but it made a huge noise and we were all up for hours. The property said “there was no do not disturb sign on”. Wow. Not saying again. Expected more from Hilton.

My family and I have stayed at this Hilton many times and had great experiences. Unfortunately, the water did not work in the sink and had to be serviced, but then it continued to drip. There was clear water damage over the shower and the tub area was peeling. To top it off, there was black mold around the air vent. Overall, the floors were clean, sheets and towels clean, and workers were very kind and professional. Hilton needs to invest in renovating this property.
